First a big thank you for what a considered an absolutely brilliant two days. During my time with Allied Dunbar and Zurich I have had access to many motivational speakers and they do not compare to the way you have impacted on me, not with just the motivational aspect but also with clear well thought through and tested strategies. STOP-STANDBACK-HOW CAN I MAKE IT BETTER. I took the first steps first thing this morning. I awoke early and then cycled for 3 miles and then drove to work a completely different route. Stood up at the office for the first hour, moving around the office and telling all my staff about the way stopping ,stepping back and helping me to make it better. I feel so full of energy and the commitment I now have with a clearer vision of moving my business forward feels fantastic. So much so the first meeting I had today (with a joint business venture business) I have persuaded that he ought to be in board with us and the business booster programme; I have passed all his details on to Tim Looking forward to meeting again and feeding back great news and results on homework

What an incredible 2 days. Ben, I haven't slept properly since because there is so much going round in my head. Here it is on a Saturday at 5:40pm and I have just entered all the contact info I gathered. My head is FIZZING!!! Did any of you do the Stop, Stand back, How can I make it better on Friday morning? I did and in fact I was doing it on Thursday night and Gill is wondering what on earth she has got back from the course! It is easier for me cos there was no-one to hear or see it but I hope you all did it. I have already started on the intelligence gathering (I now know my average invoice value) and am going through the analysis working on the Business Alchemy info. Early days but I am going to do this! Ben, thanks again. You really have made a difference!
