About Us
The Business Booster™ is a business growth and transformation programme
developed by the UK’s number one small business growth specialist, Ben
Kench. In fact when the publishers of the world famous and respected Dummies™
guides wanted “Selling for Dummies” rewritten for the UK they turned
to Ben to do the work. This will be published in the summer of 2007.
Ben and his team of experienced The Business Booster Coaches work with companies
of all sizes in wide ranging sectors with one goal in mind, to exponentially
improve their businesses by whatever measure they feel is most important.
There’s no surprise that most of our work is in increasing turnover and
profit by focusing on sales and marketing, but we also work on improving efficiency,
increasing customer retention, enhancing customer service and many other areas,
which usually all lead to… you guessed it, increase in turnover and profit!
It’s not uncommon, in fact, for The Business Booster™ clients to
enjoy 100%, 200% and even 300% growth whilst often adding a million pounds or
more to their company turnover. Indeed, over the last 5 years the business has
delivered programmes to over 200 companies and has boosted profits/revenue by

company specialising in IT and sales & marketing courses specifically
aimed at the SME market place. This developed from a company selling E-Learning
solutions to offering business development consultancy services.

- Chosen to rewrite “Selling for Dummies™” for the UK market,
one of the world famous and respected Dummies™ guides.
- Sales Manager for holiday real estate company - increased turnover from
£2M to over £12M in 3 years.
- Sales Training and Development Director for holiday real estate company
- recruited, trained and managed a sales team to sell real estate and holiday
properties. Produced sales volumes of over £130K a week
- Sun Life of Canada – Financial Advisor. Passed full CeFA examinations
- holder of Financial Planning certificate.
- Ben is married to Stella and has an 18 year old daughter, Charlotte, Zachary who is 5 years old and a 10 month old baby called Luke.
- His personal interests include being Chairman of NSPCC corporate fund raising
committee North Bucks. He enjoys all sports especially football, motorcycling,
and visiting the gym whenever he gets the chance. He loves learning, helping
others and is passionate about life, never allowing negative thoughts to spoil
opportunity.
